Simona started as a web developer, and had multiple failed attempts to be an entrepreneur even back then. She tried establishing companies such as zarabotuvaj.mk which was a freelancer platform for freelancers in Macedonia, then an agency for mobile development and then after many years successfully making the journey as someone who started IWConnect NL from 0 and brought it to 5M+ revenue and made it as head office for Europe. This wasn't an easy task, nor something that happens every day. Started in Covid, when there was nothing certain and everyone around her was against the idea of starting something from scratch after only 1 year living in The Nethelands.

Challenges everywhere, starting from the language, to laws, to business knowledge and acumen, which was a learning curve she wasn't even imagining. No university can bring that knowledge. Laser focused behaviour for success was her driver during the journey, and the mindset of try and fail until succeeding was the only way that she thought of possible.

The sacrifice of 3 years of not doing anything except working for 16 hours day, with obsession over learning how to get more customers and obsessing over the existing ones to be satisfied from their services, made her the founder that she is today. 

She says: "I don't know any other way except just work until you find the right way to succeed. Even though this is a very lonely journey, I could only do this with my team having my back, and I wouldn't change a thing."
